Return Policy

The customer will not be refunded if one of the following conditions is met:

The claim concerns a new feature that was not advertised in the description of the module, nor in the communication with the vendor

The module had a bug that the publisher was able to fix following the claim

The module works well, but is not satisfying the customer's specific needs

The database of the customer is hosted on an Odoo online instance

The customer purchased the wrong version of the application for their database

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products

Digital Products

No Refunds After Delivery

We do not issue refunds for digital products (Odoo modules, themes, apps) once the order is confirmed and the product has been delivered.

If you experience issues receiving or downloading our products, please contact us before requesting a refund - we are happy to assist.

Bug Fixes

If the module has a bug, our team will fix it following your claim. A working fix delivered by our team does not qualify for a refund.

Version Compatibility

Ensure you purchase the correct Odoo version for your database. Purchasing the wrong version does not qualify for a refund.
