  1. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
    • Analyze industry data and competitor information to stay informed about market developments.
    • Identify key market segments and target audiences.

  2. Lead Generation:
    • Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies.
    • Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company's target customer profile.

  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Understand client needs and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.

  4. Sales Presentations and Proposals:
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
    • Develop proposals that outline the value proposition and benefits of the company's products or services.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals successfully.

  5. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with the company's objectives.

    • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.

    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a professional network.
    • Represent the company positively and professionally.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Work on generating leads, handle popular bidding portals, close bids.
  • At least 2+ years of core experience in handling bidding portals.
  • Must be having knowledge of web and ERP development projects.
  • Will be required to place bids and respond in an extremely agile manner with efficiency.
  • Must be good at handling cold calls, personalised email campaigns, and generate lead from various sources.
  • Quick in interpreting requirement and proposing a solution .

Experience:  2+Years
