What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet diverse client requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure robust, high-performing applications.

  • Provide technical support, guidance, and end-user training during implementation and post-go-live phases.

  • Stay updated with the latest Odoo versions, best practices, and ERP industry trends.

  • Document technical workflows, processes, and user guides for smooth implementation and maintenance.

  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing to improve overall code quality and team skills.

  • Directly interact with clients for requirement discussions, demos, and feedback sessions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 2+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience.

  • Strong skills in Python, React.js, and jQuery.

  • Solid understanding of the Odoo framework & customization (v13+).

  • Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML).

  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.

  • Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and user training.

  • Knowledge of ERP workflows, business processes, and functional domains (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.).

  • A proactive learner who stays updated with the latest Odoo versions & industry trends.

  • Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
