About the Role:

We are seeking a result-oriented and strategic Digital Marketing Executive with 3+ years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will focus on strengthening the online presence, improving website ranking, and generating qualified leads through innovative and data-driven digital strategies, utilizing Odoo and other marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Enhance website ranking and visibility through effective SEO techniques, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and backlink management.
  • Plan and manage activities that drive lead generation and brand engagement in the IT domain.
  • Maintain and optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for SEO and user experience.
  • Utilize Odoo marketing modules (Website, SEO Optimizer, Email Marketing, CRM, and Social Marketing) to streamline digital efforts.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive digital branding.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, algorithms, and emerging technologies to implement innovative practices.
  • Recommend and adopt new tools or strategies to enhance lead generation and online reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing and lead generation within the IT industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and CRM software.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Odoo Marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and result-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Google Analytics (preferred).
  • Prior experience or understanding of Odoo ERP and B2B marketing will be an advantage.
