Multi Companies Setting

Go to Settings > General Settings

In Multi-companies, mark this boolean "Multi-companies" to enable facility of using multi-companies.

User Settings

In User, mark this boolean "Use Company Mail Server" to enable facility of using outgoing mail server of company for this user.

Outgoing Mail servers

Go to Settings > Technical > Outgoing Mail Servers

Outgoing Mail servers Settings

Set "Related User" and "Related Compnay" for which you are setting this Outgoing Mail Server and you are all set to use this feature.

See in mail that Compnay's own mail server is used each time he sends an email
