Loyalty Management
Configure Loyalty Program
Go to Website > Loyalty Management > Loyalty program
Assign the name for your loyalty program, select the loyalty product.
Minimun purchase amount can be set , so that loyalty program will be applied only if purchase amount is greater than minimun amount.
Sign up point ,user will some reward point when sign up.
Birthday bonus point, a user can earn birthday bonus point on his/her birthday.
Benefits awarded value will be set into two ways:
1) On Order Confirmation
2) On Order Completion
If On Order Confirmation value is set up than the user will earn the reward point after the confirmation of order.
If On Order Completion value is set up than the user will earn the reward point after the completion of order.
Redemption Rule,need to be set up,multiple rule between the specify date interval and can also define the point start and point end range.
Set Default Program
Go to Settings > Technical > Loyalty Program
Admin can set the default loyalty program, which will be use later on website processing.
New User Sign Up
Users will receive a sign up reward point on his /her first sign up.
Sign Up Bonus Point Credit
Users will receive a sign up reward point on his /her first sign up.
Birthday Bonus
User will receive birthday bonus reward into his account on his/her birthday day.
Order Processing
Sale Order processing when the default the loyalty program is configure.
The user can see the amount value which he can deduct in his order as a reward amount.
A message will be displayed when the user his utilize his reward point.
Once the order is confirmed.
User can be able to see the reward point credited and debited details of current order in his account , also the user will receive the mail of reward point detail after confirmation of order.
When the benefit type of the loyalty program configured as On order completion.
Order Processing
Creating sale order.
Creating the invoice of sale order.
Reward point history into user account.
Gaining the reward point by sharing the link on product.
Click on the Referral code link
Copy and share the link to some other user
When some other user makes the use of a link and placing the order of that product.
The user who has shared the link , will earn some reward points into this account.
Gaining the reward point on sign up by sharing the link
Click on the Sign Up Reward
Copy the link and share it with some other user.
Receiving the Referral Sign Up Bonus Point
Receiving the referral sign up bonus point into account.
